Punxsutawney Borough Council voted Tuesday to hire a new engineering firm.
According to the Punxsy Spirit, the new firm, Civil Municipal Engineering of Somerset, is replacing the EADS Group from Clarion. But the new firm will not take over any existing projects that EADS Group is already working on.
