A DuBois man is facing felony charges for allegedly touching a woman inappropriately while she was asleep.
According to GANT News, the man was charged by DuBois City police with aggravated indecent assault among other related charged in connection with the alleged assault that occurred on Sept. 9.
The man waived his right to a preliminary hearing during centralized court Friday sending the case on to the court of common pleas.
