All charges have been dropped against Jay Philliber of Punxsutawney, according to a court document, signed by Judge Foradora on Dec. 23.
The charges stem from an investigation and arrest in 2019 that alleged Philliber had stolen more than $350,000 from an elderly woman while acting as her power of attorney.
No further details have been released regarding any new charges related to the incident.
