The Punxsutawney Area School Board decided to increase the payment to the district’s tax collectors.
According to the Punxsy Spirit, the board voted to increase the tax collectors commission on each real estate tax bill filed by 15 cents, and to give collectors $1.25 for each delinquent notice sent.
In other business, the board discussed snow days while looking at proposed calendars for the 2021-2022 school year.
