Education organizations continue to call for Pennsylvania teachers to be vaccinated against coronavirus.
Acting Health Secretary Alison Beam says the state has been in active communication with school-based stakeholders and has heard their concerns about getting teachers vaccinated against coronavirus. However, Beam says the state will continue to follow federal guidance which calls for teachers to be vaccinated in phase 1-B of its vaccine plan.
