The DuBois Area Middle School will be closed Thursday, March 25 and Friday, March 26 for deep cleaning following a ninth confirmed COVID-19 case within a 14-day rolling window.
School administrators announced that all Middle School instruction will be held through Google Classroom.

The Middle School is set to re-open on Monday, March 29.
In more local Covid-19 news, Jefferson County reported 16 new COVID-19 cases and on additional death on Tuesday.
According to the PA Department of Health, the county’s total case count has reached 2,922 and the death toll has reached 91. This is the first death the county has reported in three weeks.
Indiana reported 11 new cases and no new deaths while Clearfield reported 61 new cases and one new death.
