A Clearfield woman found naked at Parker Dam State Park is facing felony charges for allegedly breaking into several cabins.
According to GANT News, the charges stem from an incident that occurred on March 15 when a park ranger noticed a vehicle at a cabin that was not rented. The ranger noticed the vehicle was running, the lights were on, and a variety of items were scattered between the vehicle door and the cabin.
The registration was reportedly traced to 23-year-old Maggie Lynn Naddeo. Shortly after, a nude woman reportedly in a state of panic with lacerations on both legs was found near the ranger’s vehicle and he contacted EMS who arrived a short time later and took her for treatment. Officers say several of the cabins were found damaged with several credit cards, a check book, and other person effects with her name were reportedly found in one cabin. Authorities also discovered a cell phone, folding knife and metal knuckles.
In another cabin, there was reported damage to a shower curtain, a smashed thermostat, and soaked clothing. Authorities also reported that another cabin had a broken window, traces of blood, and a gas oven that had been left on.
Naddeo is charged with four felony count of criminal trespass among other related charges.
A preliminary hearing is set for April 16.
