Hometown Market in Brookville reopened this morning following a fire that occurred early Tuesday morning.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, the store opened up as scheduled at 8:00 am after a full day and night of cleaning up and repairing damage from the fire. An electrical issue is believed to be the cause of the fire and the reported damage was mostly to the front of the building.
The Fire Marshal checked out the scene, and a team of electricians and an inspector came to the store to make sure they could diagnose and fix whatever electrical issues may have existed.
