One woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash that occurred Tuesday afternoon on North Main Street in Punxsutawney.
The Punxsy Spirit reports a woman was traveling north on Route 36 and failed to see another vehicle stopped ahead and struck it from behind.
She was taken to Punxsutawney Area Hospital by Jefferson County EMS for treatment of an unknown injury.
All three Punxsutawney fire companies were dispatched to the scene along with borough police.
Responders cleared the scene in about 15 minutes.

A Reynoldsville man was injured in a crash that shut down a portion of US 322 in Winslow Township of Jefferson County Friday afternoon.
Troopers say the crash occurred on US 322 near Cameron Camp road when 19-year-old Dylan Kelly lost control of the vehicle, traveled across the road and struck a utility pole.
Police say he suffered suspected minor injures and was transported to Penn Highlands DuBois by Reynoldsville Ambulance Service.
US 322 was temporarily closed to make repairs to the damaged utility pole.

A DuBois woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash in Union Township of Clearfield County near Mountain Top Lane on Friday.
Troopers say 27-year-old Michelle Wriglesworth was attempting to pass a vehicle driven by 60-year-old John Cribbs of Reynoldsville traveling westbound. She reportedly attempted to steer back into the westbound lane to avoid an oncoming vehicle and struck the driver’s side of Cribb’s vehicle and then lost control.
Her vehicle then traveled across the road into a wooded area where it struck a tree.
Cribb’s vehicle was brought to a controlled stop after the impact.
Wriglesworth and her juvenile passenger were both transported to Penn Highlands Hospital for minor injures.
Cribbs was not injured.

One person was taken to Penn Highlands Hospital after a car struck a riding lawn mower in Snyder Township of Jefferson County on April 6.
Troopers say 86-year-old Pauline Orourke of Brockway was traveling along Kearney Road when an individual on a riding lawn mower entered the roadway.
Orourke’s vehicle reportedly struck the riding mower then continued off the roadway and struck two parked vehicles.
After the striking the second parked vehicle Orourke’s vehicle traveled down over a bank before coming to a final rest.
The driver of the riding mower, whose name was not released was transported to the hospital by ambulance.
Police say Orouke was uninjured.
