State Police in Clarion are searching for a missing and possibly endangered Dayton man whose abandoned car was located on the Emlenton Bridge.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, police are searching for 20-year-old Colt Evan Snyder of Dayton whose abandoned car was located around 11:20 pm on April 30 on the Emlenton Bridge in Richland Township of Clarion County.
Snyder is described as a Caucasian male, 6 foot 3 inches tall, 190 lbs, with short brown hair. He was last seen wearing a white long sleeve shirt, a brown coat, black and white shorts, and black-and-white-colored shoes.

In an update of a story we had for you last week,
Two men are facing charges related to an assault that occurred at a residence in Brookville Wednesday night. According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, Brookville Borough Police charged 43-year-old Shawn Cieleski of Brookville and 22-year-old Gavin Todd Park of Summerville in connection with an alleged assault that occurred at a residence along Mabon Street. Police were dispatched to the scene around 11:30 pm after Cieleski reportedly broke in, assaulted a male victim, and left in a vehicle down Euclid Avenue.
Police say a known female was also in the residence at the time of the incident and had seen another man, later identified as Park, with Cieleski. The victims reportedly told police that the incident began due to social media messages between Cieleski and the female victim. The male victim reportedly told police he had sent a screenshot of the messages to a relative of Cieleski.
Cieleski and Park were both taken into custody without incident a short time later.

State Police in Punxsutawney say a 42-year-old man from La Jose PA was jailed following a burglary in Mahaffey Borough of Clearfield County on Thursday.
Troopers say Charles Poeta broke into a residence along West Main Street just before 5:00 pm. Police say the victim left the residence through the back door and ran to a neighbor’s house. Poeta allegedly pursued the victim to the neighbor’s residence and reportedly proceeded to punch and kick the victim.
Police say Poeta was taken into custody and transported to Clearfield County Jail.

State Police received a report of a vehicle theft in Chest Township of Clearfield County on Thursday.
Troopers say the vehicle was reportedly stolen from a location along Punkin Ridge Road. Police say a relative of the victim was checking on the property last Sunday and found the vehicle was not there.
The vehicle is described as an orange 2005 Chevrolet Colorado extended cab with some wear and damage to the rear driver side, passenger taillight, and front bumper. The vehicle was presumably taken sometime in March.

State Police are preparing for an upcoming DUI checkpoint in the DuBois area.
DuBois-based State Police will hold the checkpoint at an undisclosed location in their coverage area during the month of May.
The focus will be on removing drug and alcohol-impaired drivers from the highways.
