
State Police in DuBois are investigating a report of possible child endangerment in Reynoldsville.
Police received the report of suspected child abuse May 6 around 7:00 pm. Troopers say upon further investigation it was found that a two-year-old male victim from Reynoldsville consumed approximately nine 3 mg pills of Melatonin while in the care of a know suspect at a location along Jackson Street.
Police say charges are pending further investigation.

Police are investigating after a revolver was stolen during a burglary in Huston Township of Clearfield County.
Troopers in DuBois say the burglary occurred sometime between April 14 and June 1 at a residence along Tyler Road. Police say the suspect gained entry to the residence and took a Smith & Wesson .357 revolver with wooden grips valued at $900.

No injuries were reported following a motorcycle crash in Pine Creek Township of Jefferson County on Monday.
State Police in Punxsutawney say the crash occurred along Route 322 near Fuller Road around 8:30 pm when the driver, 60-year-old Mark Siple of Brockway, struck a deer.
Police say Siple was hearing a helmet and no injuries were reported but the motorcycle was disabled.

An Indiana man was jailed Monday night following an incident on East Pike in White Township of Indiana County.
State Police say 28-year-old Thomas Anderson, Jr. was outside of his apartment shouting at neighbors in a hostile manner. When police arrived to take him into custody, he allegedly kicked a patrol supervisor in the head-face area, resisted arrest by thrashing violently, and kicked a patrol car. Police say that he was under the influence of both alcohol and medication. He was charged with
aggravated assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct-engaging in fighting and public drunkenness.

State police say no injuries were reported following a crash on Route 210 on Monday in South Mahoning Township of Indiana County.
Police say that the crash happened around 3:50 pm along Route 210 near Wise Road. Troopers say 25-year-old David Daugherty of Reynoldsville was driving a truck when he lost control of the vehicle, over-corrected and steered into the oncoming travel lane, colliding with a guide rail end and driving on top of the rail.
An attached trailer dismounted and spun around to the front of the vehicle. Police say Daugherty was uninjured but was charged for speeding.
