Brookville Area School Board voted to approve the 2021-22 budget with a tax increase of 2.9 percent on Monday.
The Punxsy Spirit reports that the general fund budget amounts to about $28.4 million with real estate millage at 31.96 mills in Brookville, Summerville, Barnett Township, and surrounding areas within the district.
