A fatal crash occurred in Redbank Township of Clarion County Sunday morning.
Clarion County Coroner Dan Shingledecker has identified the victim as 57-year-old Gerald “Jerry” Champion of New Bethlehem, who was the Chairman of the Porter Township Board of Supervisors.
ExploreJefferson reports that the crash involved a tractor and occurred just after 9:00 am Sunday along Swartfager Road.
Shingledecker said the cause of death was blunt force trauma and the manner was accidental.
