The Punxsutawney Area Historical and Genealogical Society is sponsoring a History Walk around the Park Thursday and Saturday at 11 am.
There will be re-in-actors from the Historical Society around Barclay Square to talk about the activities in the Park since it began in 1821.
The public is invited to take part in the walk and meet the characters – you can drop by the Historical Society’s tent at the Festival in the Park in Barclay Square to pick up your tickets.
Although a ticket is required to participate there is no charge.
