What started as a garage fire lead to the burning of a house in Henderson Township, Jefferson County.
In today’s edition of the Punxsutawney Spirit, the blaze began yesterday afternoon around 3 pm in a detached garage at a home along Big Run-Prescottville Road and then spread to the main house. The published report says the home owners Glenn and Florence Anthoney, escaped with undetermined injuries.
Several area VFD’s were on the scene.
