Pennsylvania is seeing some improvement in its COVID-19 numbers.
Pennsylvania is seeing fewer people in the hospital with COVID-19. There are more than 2,600 state residents hospitalized for treatment of coronavirus. That’s down by about 400 from two weeks ago.
State health officials say COVID-19 cases are also on a downward trend. The daily average is less than 3,000 compared to 5,000 one month ago. 75 new virus-related deaths in PA are also being reported.
