The Brookville Borough Police released more information about the two-vehicle, head-on crash that happened on October 29th along route 36 in Jefferson County.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.Com, 20-year-old Zachary V. Herman, of Vanwert, Ohio was one of the drivers and admitted he was traveling too fast, lost control of his truck and collided with the other vehicle. The published report says, after further investigation, it was discovered Herman was driving on a suspended license, and he was linked to another incident where a metal porch railing was damaged on the first of this month.
Herman faces several charges and his preliminary hearing is set for December 21st.
