The Brookville Borough Police arrested a 19 year old Michigan man for allegedly scamming stores out of pre-paid gift cards.
The male and his associates were stopped by the Brookville PD on I-80 on February 24th after they attempted to flee. Charges were filed through the Magisterial District Judge.
