A Clearfield County man is in jail after he allegedly beat another male with a baseball bat, sending him to a hospital.
WTAJ News reports, 64 year old Kevin Shirey of DuBois is accused of using a baseball bat to hit a man eight to 10 times on May 6th in the 600 block of Quarry Avenue in Sandy Township.
His preliminary hearing scheduled for tomorrow.
