Pennsylvania has set a new record high for the price of a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline here in the Commonwealth.
The average price is now $5.03 and according to Triple A, the national average is closing in at $4.96 per gallon.
Looking at local counties: Jefferson and Clearfield are averaging $4.96, Indiana County $4.99, while Clarion County is now the highest in our area with an average of $5.00 a gallon.
The highest average in the country is California at $6.39.
