Three people were killed in a head on collision yesterday evening just before 5 pm at the intersection of North Riverview Drive (Route 268) and Bennertown Road in Armstrong County.
ExploreJeffersonPA.Com reports 50 year old Ronald E. Stockdill of Sligo was traveling south on North Riverview Drive when he lost control of his pickup truck and crossed the center line before colliding with a car.
The driver of the car, 37 year old Holly L. Tweed of Butler, and her two passengers, 24 year old Lindsay R. Scott and 39 year old Jason R. Redenbach, according to the published report, were pronounced dead at the scene by Armstrong County Coroner.
