State Police in Clarion investigated a theft that happened on February 10th in Monroe Township.
30 year old Matthew Schussler of Shippenville allegedly took a blue change purse with $300 belonging to 23 year old Demetrius Caesar of Clarion at the Staples Plaza.
According to authorities, Schussler was arrested.
