Teachers in the Penns Manor School District took to the picket lines yesterday.
The strike comes after over a year of negotiations, including two sessions held Friday and Saturday afternoon.
The main sticking point, according to Annie Briscoe of PSEA Western Region, concerned part of the healthcare plan that involved the teachers’ spouses
