Although it’s been a relatively mild winter with not a lot of snow, PennDOT is inviting state residents to share their feedback on its winter services through an online survey.
PennDOT says the 17-question survey, which should take about five minutes to complete, is available on its website through April 6th. The survey focuses on people’s expectations for the clearing of roads and how they rate PennDOT’s winter services.
Acting PennDOT Secretary Mike Carroll says “through this survey the public can share their comments, expectations and perceptions which help us review our operations and ways to enhance public information.”
