The Brookville PD were called to the Roadway Inn on Tuesday morning around 11 for a report of a man running around naked.
Police say the suspect went into a couples room and refused to leave. Authorities determined the man was in need of medical attention and was transported to Penn Highlands for an evaluation.
Authorities were called back to the hospital for reports of the suspect acting out against the staff. He was charged with Criminal Trespass, Open Lewdness, Harassment and Disorderly Conduct.
