The Pennsylvania State Police Troop “C” Camp Cadet program will be held at Penn West Clarion (formerly Clarion University) from July 23rd through the 28th for girls and boys age 13 to 15 from the counties of Jefferson, Clearfield, Clarion and northern Indiana.
It’s $20 per person, with a deadline of June 3rd.
