According to the Punxsutawney Spirit, members of the new Big Run Borough Council received updates on a malfunctioning borough plow truck.
The Spirit says President George Bedell assigned committees during the meeting, explaining that the truck had electrical issues and had to be taken back to an auto shop in DuBois.
