The Moshannon Valley School District has dealt with multiple threats in the past week, leading to one student being charged.
WJAC News is reporting, that during an emergency meeting, the superintendent revealed that a student was found with a box cutter on September 25. The student’s family claims it was accidentally taken from an art class.
The family expressed concerns over school protocols for tools like box cutters and called for equal accountability for other students involved in recent threats. The student remains in detention while the case proceeds in court, with no arrests made in connection to the other threats
