Mail-in voting is underway in Pennsylvania.
As of last Friday, the Department of State listed twenty counties where mail-in ballots are already available, and it reported that about one-and-a-half million voters had applied for a mail-in ballot. Registered voters have until October 29th to apply for a mail-in ballot, and if you are not registered to vote yet, you have until October 21st to do that. All mail-in ballots must be returned by 8 PM on Election Day, November 5th. Some counties have satellite elections offices to supplement their main office.
