Jefferson County commissioners discussed the security of early and mail-in voting at their meeting.
Today’s Punxsutawney Spirit reports, Brookville resident Ken Felgar raised concerns about vote tracking. Commissioner Scott North emphasized existing security measures, while Commissioner Jeff Pisarcik noted that the process is open to the public. The commissioners also addressed the need for more poll workers, a polling location change, and preparations for Election Day, along with proclamations for Domestic Violence Awareness Month and “Operation
Green Light” to honor veterans.
