Steelers cornerback Cory Trice returned to practice on Thursday, signaling a potential activation from injured reserve. Trice, who played in the first three games of the season before a hamstring injury sidelined him on September 22, now has a 21-day window for activation. A versatile defender and 2023 seventh-round pick, Trice had shown promise in his rookie camp before a torn ACL ended his season. This year, he secured a role as a reserve defensive back, contributing both defensively and on special teams. Highsmith was already ruled out for Sunday’s game after suffering an ankle injury against Washington, while Jackson, who was also hurt in that game, is expected to play. Jefferson missed with a quad injury and Harris with an ankle. Their statuses are unknown. Linebacker Patrick Queen met with reporters following practice to discuss the rivalry between the Steelers and Ravens, as he’ll now experience it from the other sideline. He said he’s had this game circled for a while.
