During the Thanksgiving holiday from November 27 to December 1, 2024, Pennsylvania State Police reported 1,075 crashes statewide, resulting in seven deaths and 190 injuries.
Of these, 64 crashes were alcohol-related, including one fatality. Troopers made 552 DUI arrests and issued over 30,000 citations. In Troop C, covering Clarion and Jefferson Counties, police handled 44 crashes, with seven injuries but no fatalities, and made 38 DUI arrests.
These statistics only include state police investigations.
