A 61-year-old Summerville man, Thomas E. Reitz, died on December 23 when his pickup truck lost control, hit a guide rail, and went down an embankment on River Road in Beaver Township, Jefferson County.
Reitz, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene.
