A 45 year-old Grampian man, Tyler J. Smith, pleaded guilty to threatening two water authority employees with a crossbow in January 2023.
Smith was sentenced to 9 to 18 months in jail and 42 months of probation for terroristic threats and simple assault. The incident occurred when Smith confronted the employees delivering payment books at his home. He also received concurrent sentences for drug possession and providing false identification.
