As an ice storm heads for the state, some parts of western Pennsylvania are under a winter storm watch.
Watches have been issued for a zone that includes Uniontown, Latrobe, Indiana and Butler and stretches north and eastward. Most of western Pennsylvania will be in the path of a system that will change from snow to freezing rain and rain throughout the day. Pittsburgh stands a 43% chance for ice accumulation.
