PA STATE SENATE APPROVES TWO BILLS TO REFORM VEHICLE EMISSIONS TESTING PROGRAM

The Pennsylvania state Senate has approved two bills to reform the state’s vehicle emissions testing program.

Senate Bill 35 would remove several counties, from annual emissions testing. Senate Bill 149 would exempt all vehicles from testing for their first five model years statewide. Both bills now move to the state House for consideration.
