Details have emerged about the fatal motorcycle accident that happened Sunday afternoon in Huston Township of Clearfield County.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois, the crash occurred when 57-year-old Larry Pentz of DuBois was traveling south on Mountain Run Road around 4 pm when he left the roadway for unknown reasons and hit a utility pole.
Pentz was pronounced dead at Penn Highlands Dubois. His passenger, 45-year-old Tammy McCall, also of DuBois, was flown by STAT-MedEvac to UPMC Altoona for treatment of serious injuries.
