A 21-year-old man from Meadville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
According to the Brookville Borough Police, last Friday around 8 pm, they stopped a a pickup truck driven by Solomon Yoder, hauling a older camping trailer that did not display a registration plate or have working rear lights. The officer could smell burnt marijuana coming from inside the truck and during a search they report finding a waterproof case containing: grinders, pipes, roaches, rolling paper, a small bag of pot and other items used to store and smoke controlled substances.
