Four State Game Land roads will remain closed temporarily due to projects being delayed by weather.
Northwest Region Director Richard T. Cramer says one of these roads is on State Game Lands 24, Road No. 024-13, running from Pine Hollow Drive in Clarion County to a turn-around at Little Coon Creek. The road is closed for the year due to heavy damage that was done while installing a new bridge over the Creek. The road eventually will be extended across the Little Coon, then reopen for public travel.
Some of the remaining two roads are located on State Game Lands 283 which is in both Jefferson and Clarion Counties.
The weather has affected the clean-up of timber operations on these roads and they are not ready for the public to travel.
