An out-of-state driver was seriously injured Sunday afternoon on I-80 in Pine Creek Township.
DuBois State Police say 59-yr-old Joseph Amro of Indianapolis, Indiana was driving west on 80 when his vehicle went off the road, bounced off the guide rail and ended up in the median.
This happened just before 1 pm near mile marker 80. Investigators say Amro was wearing a seat belt but was seriously injured and flown to UPMC-Altoona. No cause was listed.
