Jefferson County has reported 55 new coronavirus cases bringing the county’s total to 1,243, according to the PA Department of Health.
Clearfield County has 79 new cases, Clarion has 45, and Indiana has 50.
There are 8,703 additional positive cases in the state, bringing the statewide total to 445,317.
ExploreJeffersonPA.com reports that there are 5,561 individuals hospitalized due to COVID-19 and of those 1,160 are in intensive care.
