Clearfield State Police charged 42-year-old Kenneth Earl Rowles III of Curwensville for allegedly sexually assaulting an 11-year-old.
Gant News Agency says the assaults occurred between March 1 and Dec. 8.
Rowles is currently incarcerated in Clearfield County Jail. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 23.
