A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of Clarion University graduate, Caitlyn Kaufman.
ExploreJeffersonPA.com says Kaufman was fatally shot in her vehicle on her way to work at a Nashville hospital on Dec. 3.
The Metro Nashville Police Department says Devaunte L. Hill is in custody for her murder and is being charged with criminal homicide.
