Brookville police have filed charges against a 30-year-old man after a traffic stop on Allegheny Blvd Dec. 10.
According to the Brookville PD police report, the vehicle was stopped for speeding and officers found that the man had an ignition interlock driver’s license.
However, the vehicle he was driving was not equipped with that device, which requires a driver to blow into a mouthpiece get their BAC before the vehicle will start. Other violations with the vehicle were also found.
