Three teenagers were charged following a family scuffle on Corbett Avenue in Plumville on Nov. 26.
Indiana Pennsylvania State Police listed a 53-year-old Plumville woman as the victim. Troopers say that a 17-year-old boy and two 16-year-old boys were charged with assault.
The teenagers were also described as victims in the domestic incident.
