The Punxsutawney Chamber of Commerce and Punxsutawney Borough came to an agreement about snow removal.
According to the Punxsutawney Spirit, Borough Managager Toby Santik says roads will come first so they can be cleared for emergency vehicles.
Santik says that they have the manpower and equipment to assist merchants by cleaning up around the parking meters and asking business owners to push snow to the curb and when the snowfall is up to six inches the borough will use their equipment to remove it.
