A Punxsutawney man walked away without injury from a one-vehicle rollover accident that occurred New Year’s Eve on Smyerstown Road in Canoe Township of Indiana County.
State Police in Punxsutawney say, Rossiter Volunteer Fire Company and Punxsy Central Fire Departments were dispatched to the scene.
According to the report, the driver drove off the road and hit a tree, causing the vehicle to roll onto its driver side.
Police say the driver was arrested for suspicion of DUI.
