Mulberry patients were evacuated from the facility in Punxsutawney when one wing of the building filled with smoke on Saturday.
According to the Punxsy Spirit, all three Punxsy fire department companies were dispatched to the scene.
Punxsy Central Fire Department Chief, Scott Depp said firefighters found that the smoke incident was from a furnace malfunction.
