A warrant has been issued for a Greenville man accused of stalking a Sugarcreek woman.
Reports say the victim reported to Sugarcreek Borough Police last Monday afternoon that Leonard Podvasnik of Greenville was bothering her to the point where she feared for her life. The victim showed police texts from Podvasnik that said he would kill himself because of her, and that he knew where her boyfriend worked and sent a pic of him holding a gun.
The victim also said she got a temporary PFA in July so she could move out and get away from Podvasnik, but since he found her, she has been fearing for her safety and that of her family.
The victim received a new PFA on the 24th and charges were filed against Podvasnik on Tuesday.
