A 33-year-old Brockway man who is an inmate at Jefferson County Jail is facing a felony escape charge after leaving during a work release program last Wednesday.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, State Police in Punxsutawney received notice that Christopher Noland had left the work release program around 5:00 am an hour after arriving to work.
Noland was later located by DuBois City Police and was taken back into custody without incident by State Police in DuBois.
A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 11.
